4E at the Sydney Writer's Festival
Thursday was really fun at the Sydney Writer's Festival. First we got on the bus and students from Bonnyrigg Public School came with us too. When we reached Cabramatta library, Jacqueline Harvey spoke with us. She was very funny and entertaining. She talked about her life and told us that she was a big worrier when she was little. By Max Ung
Then it was time for Ronojoy Ghosh and I was crazily excited to meet him. I think he was really inspiring. He said the reason he wanted to become an author is because he wanted to write for his son, which I thought was really nice. By Addison Ing
The last two people were Mulga the Artist and Cheryl Orsini. They ran workshops for us. It was fun, but challenging. By Khang Nguyen
We saw Mulga the Artist. He is really good at art. Mulga taught us how to draw really funny things and use paint pens. He drew a dolphin in my notepad and signed it too! That was the best part. By Isabella Biggin.
Thank you for organising a great day, Mrs De Horta and Ms Goldfinch. 4E will never forget the fantastic time we had.
